The O'Briens As I sit here, looking out my window at the rain, snow, ice, and wind, I know my husband and I made the right decision to have our house built by C&M Custom Builders. The quality of the materials and workmanship that they demonstrate is unmatched by others. So many of our family and friends have suffered damage to their homes throughout this horrendous winter and hurricane season, and we have been so fortunate as to having had none. I am one to be thorough, as well as do my research, and after making the decision to move to Delaware from the Philadelphia area two years ago, I literally mapped out every builder within our price range, and visited their model homes. At that time, we believed that C&M was a bit out of our price range. When we decided to check out C&M, we found that their homes were actually more affordable than other builders. Those other builders would quote a low base price, however everything (and I mean everything) was additional, even things that absolutely should have been included. On the other hand, C&M set a base price, which included many extras, so you did not need to add many additional features. C&M is truly a custom builder and has literally constructed our dream home. For that we are extremely grateful. Throughout the process, there was nothing that was unattainable. My husband and I would propose unique ideas, such as a screened in porch on the second floor, and Mark would make it happen! One other thing that was extremely special was that when I mentioned that my birthday was several weeks before our original settlement date, C&M worked diligently so that we were able to make settlement on my actual birthday, which was a gift that even my family could not top! We highly recommend C&M to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind, beautiful, well-constructed home. We could not be happier! |
