A. You simply tell us what you want to change, and we'll make it happen. We have a draftsman department, so whether it be changing the interior of your home by moving walls or adding square footage, or designing the exterior, we can customize according to your wants and needs.
Q. Does C&M Custom Homes offer any financing programs?
A. Leveraging our strategic financial partnerships, we are able to offer a variety of mortgage options to suite your individual needs including: conventional financing with as little as 5% down, FHA, VA and Rural Housing (USDA) programs (as available by location).
Q. Can I finance land in my construction loan?
A. You can finance your land, along with your new home, into one construction loan. This will save on two separate closings, which will save you money on your overall closing costs. This also applies if you already own your land and have a balance remaining to the original lender as well. The balance of your land purchase will be consolidated into your loan and will eliminate a separate payment.

Q. How am I kept informed during the construction process?
A. We believe communication is the key to any strong relationship. Your personal builder will keep you informed of the progress of your home and if you have any questions about your construction, you will have your personal builder's cell phone number to contact him directly.

A. C&M Custom Homes is a custom home builder, and we can build on your lot or on ours. We are licensed in Delaware, and we normally build within about 60 miles of our headquarters in Dover.
Q. How can I find land to build on?
A. C&M Custom Homes has different subdivisions to choose from, or can purchase lots in other areas.
Q. How do I know if my lot is buildable?
A. C&M Custom Homes will schedule a time for your personal builder to inspect your lot. He will review things like locating your home on the lot, your setbacks and locating your utilities.
